Our bread is handcrafted, using only organic stone-ground Einkorn wheat flour, while incorporating a traditional slow, 20-hour sourdough fermentation process. This combination creates a uniquely delicious bread with anti-inflammatory properties for significantly better digestion, along with a host of key nutrients including protein, fiber, essential fatty acids, vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 & B6, potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, manganese and antioxidants, completely lacking in modern day wheat flour breads.
