Our muffins are handcrafted using only organic stone-ground Einkorn wheat flour. The unique properties of Einkorn flour creates a delicious, moist muffin, while maintaining anti-inflammatory properties for significantly better digestion, along with a host of key nutrients including protein, fiber, essential fatty acids, vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 & B6, potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, manganese and antioxidants, completely lacking in modern day wheat flour muffins.
